Our event schedules are thoughtfully created to minimize time away from work and school. Prior to finalizing the schedule, your studio will receive a copy of its registration data for accuracy confirmation with a deadline to make corrections.
Please note that requests to perform outside of a dancer’s scheduled category session may result in the entry being ineligible for award consideration.
Final studio schedules will be shared at least one month prior to the event.
Accurate birthdates are essential—any errors in a dancer’s date of birth may result in their media key not functioning properly.

**If you see "no rooms available", this means that our group block is sold out. Please email us at summitdancechallenge@gmail.com and we will see if the hotel is able to increase our group block.
